At Ad Pulse, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. This page provides clear instructions on how to request deletion of your personal data from our platform, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of the United States.

1. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the applicable legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — Know what personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Right to erasure — Request deletion of your personal data (right to be forgotten)
  • Right to restrict processing — Limit how we process your data
  • Right to data portability — Receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object — Object to the processing of your personal data
  • Right to withdraw consent — Withdraw your consent at any time

LGPD (Brasil)

Under the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to request deletion of personal data processed based on consent, except where legal retention requirements apply under Article 16 of the law.

GDPR (União Europeia)

Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data (right to erasure / right to be forgotten) without undue delay, where the legal conditions apply.

CCPA (Califórnia, EUA)

Under the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), California residents have the right to request that businesses delete their collected personal data, subject to certain exceptions provided by law.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data through the following channels:

2.1 Via Email (Recommended Method)

Send an email to privacy@adpulse.com.br with the subject "Data Deletion Request". To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Ad Pulse account (if applicable)
  • A brief description of which data you wish to delete (account data, browsing data, advertising campaign data, etc.)
  • Your device identifier or Ad Pulse user ID, if available
  • Any additional information that helps us locate your data in our systems

2.2 Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you use our platform through Facebook Login integration, Facebook requires us to provide a mechanism for requesting deletion of data obtained via the Facebook API.

When you request data deletion through Facebook, Facebook sends a signed request to our system. You can also initiate the process directly through this page, and we will process your request in compliance with Facebook's platform data removal requirements.

To request deletion of data obtained via Facebook: go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites > Select Ad Pulse > Click "Remove" and request deletion of associated data.

2.3 Via Contact Form

You can also use our contact page (https://adpulse.com.br/en-us/contact) by selecting the subject "Privacy / Data Protection" and describing your deletion request.

3. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove the following types of personal data from our active systems:

  • Personal identification data (name, email, phone number)
  • Account and user profile data
  • Browsing and ad interaction data associated with your identifier
  • Ad targeting and preference data
  • Geolocation data derived from IP address
  • Advertising campaign data linked to personal identifiers
  • Consent records and cookie preferences
  • Communication history and support tickets

4. Data We May Retain

In compliance with applicable legal exceptions, we may retain certain data for the following reasons:

Legal obligations

Data necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, regulatory requirements) as required by Brazilian and international legislation.

Legitimate interests

Anonymized or aggregated data that does not allow your personal identification, used for statistical purposes and service improvement.

Fraud prevention

Data necessary to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activities or violations of our Terms of Service.

Security records

Access logs and security records maintained for a limited period to ensure the integrity of our systems.

Backups and archives

Backup copies may contain your data for up to 90 additional days before being permanently deleted, in accordance with our backup retention procedures.

When complete deletion is not possible due to legal obligations, we will apply irreversible anonymization techniques to ensure that the data can no longer be associated with you as an identifiable individual.

5. Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within the following timeframes, in accordance with applicable legislation:

LGPD (Brazil)

Up to 15 calendar days for request confirmation and up to 30 days for deletion completion

GDPR (European Union)

Up to 30 calendar days, extendable by an additional 60 days in complex cases

CCPA (California, USA)

Up to 45 calendar days, extendable by an additional 45 days with notification

We may request additional identity verification before processing your request to ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletions. This verification process will not exceed 5 additional business days.

6. Identity Verification Process

To protect your data against unauthorized deletions, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. The verification process may include:

  • Email confirmation — we will send a confirmation link to the email associated with the request
  • Account ownership verification — for registered users, we will confirm identity through account data
  • Security questions — in cases where identity cannot be confirmed by other means
